To call other Sports Impact users for free, type their username@sportsbase.com in the box at the bottom of the main window and hit the Green phone icon. Or you can right-click on the contact name in your list and select Call.

To call ordinary phones, enter the full international number preceded by a '+' or '00' and hit the Green phone icon or press the Enter key on your keyboard (remember that you need to Top Up your credit to make calls to ordinary phones).
